At Orthofeet, we are committed to your comfort and offer a 60-day wear test to ensure your new footwear provides the perfect fit and relief. If you are not completely satisfied, we provide easy returns and exchanges on all domestic orders.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return or exchange and download your prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place the shoes in their original packaging and securely attach the prepaid return label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number to monitor your refund or exchange status.
